She was born on 31.12.1986 in the village of Samar in the Samar district, East Kazakhstan region. Nationality is Kazakh.
Education Higher. In 2004, she graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University with a degree in Economics and management, and in 2010 with a degree in Law.
