Biography
R. K. Kereybayev was born in 1975 in the city of Kokshetau, Akmola region. Graduated from Istanbul University (psychologist-consultant), Karaganda state technical University (economist-lawyer).
He started his career in 2000 as a leading specialist in the Department of statistics, industry and construction of the information and statistical center of the Akmola region.
In 2002-2003-chief specialist of the General Department of the Akmola regional financial management.
In 2003-2005-chief specialist of the Department of implementation and maintenance of information and computer technologies of the Akmola regional financial management.
In 2005-2006-leading and then chief specialist of the Department of coordination and analysis of the budget execution process of the Department of Finance of Akmola region.
In 2006-2007-chief specialist of the revenue forecasting Department of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Akmola region.
In 2007-2009-chief specialist of the real sector development Department of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Akmola region.
In 2009-2010-chief specialist of the investment policy Department of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Akmola region.
In 2010-2011-head of the Department of coordination of investment projects of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Akmola region.
In 2010-2011, he was the head of the Department for evaluating the activities of state bodies and foreign economic relations of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Akmola region.
From 2013 to the present-head of the Department of strategic planning and monitoring and performance evaluations state administration of economy and budget planning of Akmola region.
