Biography
He was born on June 12, 1966 in the North Kazakhstan region.
Graduated from Omsk Agricultural Institute, North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybayev.
He started his career in 1984 as an accountant of a state farm.
In 1992-1995 – zootechnician-implementer, commercial director of KT im. Kalinina.
In 1995-2003 he worked in commercial structures.
In 2003-2005 — Deputy Director of the North Kazakhstan regional representative office of JSC "Food Corporation".
In 2005-2006 — First Deputy Director of the North Kazakhstan regional representative Office of JSC "Food Corporation".
In 2006 - Head of the regional territorial Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the North Kazakhstan region.
In 2006-2008 — Akim of the Shal Akyn district of the North Kazakhstan region.
In 2008-2010 — Akim of Magzhan Zhumabayev district of North Kazakhstan region.
In 2010-2011 — Deputy Akim of the North Kazakhstan region for agriculture.
In 2011-2019 — First Deputy Akim of the North Kazakhstan region.
In 2019-2022 — First Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From December 1, 2022, he held the position of akim of the North Kazakhstan region.
On Sept. 4, 2023, he was appointed Minister of Agriculture by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On February 6, 2024 by the Decree of the Head of State was appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On September 3, 2026 by the Decree of the Head of State was appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan
