Kultasova D. K., born in 1976, was born in s. Oktyabrskoe, Chkalovsky district, Kokchetav region. Graduated from Kokshetau state University named after sh. Ualikhanov (engineer-economist), Karaganda law Academy "themida" (bachelor of law), Kokshetau Institute of Economics and management (Master of Economics)

She began her career as assistant economist of LLP "Sultan-Astyk" in Kokshetau city in 1999
