In accordance with Clause 5 of the Rules for Subsidizing Energy Producing Organizations for the Acquisition of Fuel for the Uninterrupted Heating Season, approved by the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2017 № 309, the State Institution «Astana City Energy Department» announces the acceptance of applications from energy-producing organizations for the acquisition of fuel for the uninterrupted heating season of 2026-2027 from August 24 to September 7, 2026.
