On August 20, 2026, the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan Region held a press conference for representatives of the mass media on the topic “Current Issues of Tax Legislation.”
During the meeting, representatives of the Department provided information on current issues of tax administration and changes of practical importance to taxpayers.
Particular attention was paid to the application of the special tax regime based on a simplified declaration, the use of cash registers, as well as beer labeling and licensing of excisable products.
In addition, representatives of the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan Region provided explanations on issues related to universal declaration and answered questions from media representatives.
The press conference served as an open platform for constructive dialogue between representatives of the state revenue authorities and the mass media. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the most pressing issues of tax legislation and give clarifications on matters of interest to taxpayers.
