On August 19, 2026, a consultation event for business entities was held in the large hall of the district akimat as part of the "Damu" Entrepreneurship Development Fund's program to support small businesses.
The following speakers addressed the attendees: Meruert Karabasova, Chief Manager for Program Promotion of the Regional Branch of "Damu" Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC in Kostanay Region; Gabit Mushanov, Chief Specialist of the Lending Department of the Agricultural Credit Corporation JSC; Sergey Saenko, Manager of the Small Business Lending Center of the Kostanay Regional Branch of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC; Samurat Zhaksylyk, Credit Manager of the SME Client Relations Department of Nurbank JSC in Kostanay; and Kamila Tulegenova, Credit Manager of the SME Client Relations Department of Nurbank JSC in Kostanay.
The event was held to inform entrepreneurs about current government support measures and to provide on-site consultations.
