Astana, 11 August 2026 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Issetov received copies of the credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan Ľubomír Rehák.
Deputy Minister Issetov congratulated the Slovak Ambassador on his appointment and expressed confidence that his tenure would contribute to further strengthening the friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and Slovakia.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Kazakh-Slovak cooperation, noting the high level of political dialogue and their mutual interest in further expanding trade and economic collaboration, as well as in implementing previously reached agreements.
Ambassador Rehák expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and reaffirmed his commitment to making every effort to further strengthen the partnership between Astana and Bratislava.
The parties agreed to continue cooperation across the full range of issues of mutual interest.
