The prosecutor of the region, Marat Abishev, got acquainted with the construction of a specialized kindergarten for children with special educational needs, built at the expense of a Special state fund formed from assets returned by the prosecutor's office.
It will be a modern center for preschool education and comprehensive child support, which is being built in the MDR. Yeset batyr of Aktobe.
The area of the facility is 20,172 square meters, the cost is 7.9 billion tenge.
The building itself has an original architectural design, made in the shape of a flower and five two-storey buildings connected to the central atrium. The central block will house a winter garden and an entrance group.
Correctional, pedagogical, psychological and social assistance will be provided here, conditions for physical development, sports, creativity and therapeutic rehabilitation will be created. A counseling center will be opened for parents.
The deputy akim of the region, Asylbek Yessenbayev, informed that the facility is being built by the Kazstroypodryad LLP contracting company, and it is planned to be completed ahead of schedule in the fall of this year, that is, by the beginning of the academic year.
The contractor's representative spoke about the functional orientation of the buildings.
Block 1 – designed for children with musculoskeletal disorders;
Block 2 – visually impaired;
Block 3 – with hearing and speech impairments;
Block 4 – with intellectual disabilities;
Block 5 is a medical unit and administrative offices.
In turn, the regional prosecutor Marat Abishev noted the importance of the facility under construction for the region.

At the same time, he instructed to ensure high-quality construction and complete the facility on time.
It should be recalled that 11 rural healthcare facilities have already been put into operation in Aktobe region (Irgiz, Shalkar, Bayganinsky, Khobdinsky, Alginsky, Mugalzhar districts).
So, in 2025, a new medical center was built in the village of Nura, Irgiz district, at the expense of allocated funds in the amount of more than 353 million tenge, designed for 40 visits per shift, which allowed residents to receive qualified medical care without going to the regional center.
For more than 40 years, medical care has been provided in an unsuitable room in the village of Togyz in the Shalkar region. The paramedic and obstetric center, built in April this year, at a cost of 98 million tenge, is equipped with modern medical equipment that provides affordable primary health care to over 700 villagers.
Currently, the construction of three more healthcare facilities fully equipped with medical equipment in Khromtau, Mugalzhar and Shalkar districts, with a total cost of over 5 billion tenge, is continuing at the expense of the returned assets.
The construction process is under the control of the regional prosecutor.
