    Incomplete customs declaration

    Incomplete customs declaration is carried out in respect of goods exported from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

    - In case of incomplete customs declaration, the information to be indicated in the goods declaration in accordance with Article 177 of the Customs Code must be stated, with the exception of the following information, which may not be indicated:

    - about the recipient of the goods;

    - the country of destination of the goods and (or) the trading country;

    - about the vehicles used to transport the declared goods;

    - about the packaging of goods (quantity, type, labeling and serial numbers).

    After the release of the goods, the customs declaration of which was carried out in accordance with these provisions, the declarant is obliged to provide the customs authority with the missing information by changing (supplementing) the information stated in the goods declaration, no later than eight months from the date of release of the goods.

    These provisions do not apply to certain categories of goods according to the list approved by the authorized body.
