The latest episode of "Travel to Mangystau" is dedicated to Tuzbair, the spectacular salt lake located on the western edge of the Ustyurt Plateau.
Stretching approximately 20–22 kilometers in length and 5–6 kilometers in width, Tuzbair is renowned for its striking white salt flats and dramatic limestone cliffs facing the Aktau mountain range. The area's highest elevations are known as Karatortkil and Karatobe.
The program explores Tuzbair's unique geological landscape, natural beauty, and tourism potential. It also recommends visiting during the second half of April and throughout May, when the steppe is green and temperatures are mild. Autumn is another excellent season for travel, while summer temperatures in the area can reach 45°C (113°F).
