On May 3, 2025, with the support of the Mangystau Region Tourism Department, a tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Caspiy Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC, tourism developer Pine Hills Group, and Zhardem Aktau LLP for the implementation of the "Eco-Resort Development Project in Aktau" within the Warm Beach resort area.
The memorandum was signed with the support of the Mangystau Region Tourism Department, according to the Public Communications Center, citing Caspiy Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC.
The project envisions the development of a modern eco-resort offering a full range of recreational services. The concept includes glamping-style modular guest houses, a state-of-the-art Wellness Center with swimming pools, restaurants, and landscaped public spaces designed to provide a comfortable leisure experience. A key feature of the project is its environmentally responsible approach to construction, utilizing sustainable technologies that will significantly reduce the carbon footprint during both the construction phase and the long-term operation of the resort.
This is the second project undertaken by the developer. A similar development, Nomads Eco Resort, is already under construction in the Talgar District of the Almaty Region. Both projects have been designed with the participation of international architects from Zrobim Architects.
“Mangystau Region possesses unique natural resources and significant tourism potential. We believe that the implementation of this project will provide an additional boost to attracting not only domestic but also international tourists,” said Ablai Moldagulov, Chairman of the Management Board of Caspiy Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC.
According to Arman Alzhanov, Co-founder and Development Director of Pine Hills Group, in addition to accommodation and restaurant services, the project will feature a modern Wellness Center offering a comprehensive range of wellness and spa services.
“Our goal is to create an exceptional guest experience by providing high-quality service and memorable emotions, encouraging visitors to return again,” the project initiator added.
The implementation of the project in the Warm Beach resort area is expected to attract additional tourist flows and has the potential to become one of the hallmark tourism destinations of the Mangystau Region.
