On the eve of the International Nelson Mandela Day

On the eve of the International Nelson Mandela Day, Facility No. 28 psychologists conducted a thematic event with convicts aimed at fostering respect for universal human values, human rights and law-abiding behavior. During the meeting, the participants were told about the life of Nelson Mandela, his contribution to the consolidation of peace, justice and equality. There was also a conversation about the importance of personal responsibility, respect for others and striving for positive changes.

According to Polina Reznichenko, a psychologist at the institution, such events help convicts rethink life values, develop a sense of responsibility for their own actions and contribute to the formation of motivation for correction and successful social adaptation.
