An analysis conducted by the Prosecutor's office of the Altai region of East Kazakhstan region in the field of protecting the rights of business entities has established a violation of the legislation on public procurement by the KGP at the Interdistrict Hospital of the Altai Region.
The medical institution allowed the formation of overdue debts to suppliers for goods already provided, work performed and services rendered by them.
According to the act of the prosecutor's supervision, the interdistrict hospital fully paid off overdue debts to 37 business entities for a total amount of 106.47 million tenge.
The measures taken made it possible to ensure timely fulfillment of the obligations of the state enterprise to the business.
Protecting the rights of entrepreneurs, ensuring the rule of law in the field of public procurement and creating a favorable business climate remain the priorities of the Prosecutor's office.
