About carrying out technical work in the IS ESF
Dear taxpayers,
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on July 10, 2026, from 00:00 to 02:00, technical work will be carried out in the Electronic Invoices information system to update the forms of the SNT and ESF.
In this regard, the Electronic Invoices information system will be temporarily unavailable during the specified period of time.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that on May 15, 2026, the Committee published a press release on the planned update of the SNT and ESF forms in the ESF IP, posted on the Committee's official Internet resource: https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/news/ob-izmeneniyah-form-snt-i-esf-v-esf-1-165188
At the same time, if necessary, taxpayers have the right to issue a CPT, an ESF and enter it into the ESF IP for July 10, 2026.:
− an invoice issued on paper within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from July 11, 2026;
− an accompanying bill of lading for the goods, issued on paper within 3 (three) business days from July 13, 2026.
However, penalties will not be applied.
