Dear Taxpayers!
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that on July 10, 2026, from 00:00 to 02:00, technical maintenance will be carried out in the "Electronic Invoice" information system to update the SNT (Accompanied Transport Invoice) and ESF forms.
Consequently, during this specified period, the "Electronic Invoice" information system will be temporarily unavailable.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that on May 15, 2026, the Committee published a press release regarding the planned update of SNT and ESF forms in the IS "ESF", available on the Committee's official website: https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/news/ob-izmeneniyah-form-snt-i-esf-v-esf-1-165188
However, if necessary, taxpayers are entitled to issue SNT, ESF and log them into the IS "ESF" for July 10, 2026 as follows:
− an invoice issued in paper format — within 15 (fifteen) calendar days starting from July 11, 2026;
− an accompanied transport invoice for goods issued in paper format — within 3 (three) working days starting from July 13, 2026.
No penalties or fines will be applied in this case.
