The capital is not only the administrative and political center of the country, but also the embodiment of modern transformations,
dynamic development and creative work. Its achievements reflect the results of consistent government policy aimed at improving the well-being of citizens, strengthening the economy and creating favorable conditions for the life and self-realization of every person.
The entry into force of the new Constitution on July 1 gives particular significance to this holiday. The updated Basic Law determines the further course of development of the state, strengthens the principles of legality, social justice, responsibility and respect for the rights of citizens. This is an important step towards building a strong, modern state,
where the main values remain people, social harmony and sustainable development.
Today we are faced with common tasks for the further development of the country and our region. Their successful solution is impossible without conscientious work, civic responsibility, respect for the law and the active participation of everyone in the life of society.
