Abu Dhabi, 23 October 2026 – The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United Arab Emirates hosted an official reception to celebrate Kazakhstan’s Republic Day.
Freedom Shapagat was the main sponsor, providing substantial support for the reception.
The event was also supported by Kazakhstan’s businesses operating in the UAE, including BI Group, QEMTEX, «Mamuliny Vkusnyashki», «Qazaq Gourmet», «Meta Farm», the «Kausar» restaurant chain and «Almaty» restaurant. Their support highlighted the role of Kazakhstan’s business community in raising the country’s international profile and strengthening business ties with the UAE.
The reception featured an exhibition where around 30 Kazakhstani companies showcased their products and services. Participants represented information technology, agribusiness, food production, construction and services, and included producers of traditional Kazakh goods. The exhibition highlighted Kazakhstan’s export potential and opportunities for closer trade and economic cooperation with the UAE.
Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage and national traditions were also a highlight of the evening. The reception helped strengthen friendship and promote closer business and cultural ties between the two countries.
