In observance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Day, Public Service Centers (PSCs)—including specialized PSCs—will be closed on Monday, October 26.
However, Saturday, October 24, will be a working day for designated "on-duty" PSCs and specialized PSCs. On this day, PSCs will serve the public from 9:00 to 13:00. Specialized PSCs will accept applications from 9:00 to 12:00, with document issuance available until 13:00.
Please note that the operating hours for Public Service Centers in the East Kazakhstan Region begin and end one hour earlier.
Starting October 27, all PSCs and specialized PSCs will resume their standard operating schedules.
An up-to-date list of the PSCs and specialized PSCs operating on duty can be found on the State Corporation’s official Instagram page, or by calling 1414.
