"A NATION THAT HAS ELDERS HAS WEALTH"
On October 1, in the village of Karakum, a festive event titled "A Nation That Has Elders Has Wealth" was held in honor of the Day of Older Persons. The event opened with a congratulatory speech by the village akim Askar Nuralyuly, who presented "Letters of Appreciation" to the village elders on the occasion of the holiday. This day, which brought together our grandmothers in white headscarves and grandfathers with gray beards, was filled with warmth and sincere respect. As part of the event, a festive dastarkhan prepared by village entrepreneurs was laid out in honor of our respected elders, and beautiful songs were performed. In addition, heads of institutions and the chairman of the council of elders N. Saktaganov, as well as village entrepreneurs, offered words of congratulations. Our precious elders shared memories of past days, our grandmothers sang songs and gave their blessing to the younger generation.
Respect for elders is our main duty! May our older people have strong health and long lives!
