Today, the 52nd regular session of the District Maslikhat of the VIII convocation was held in the meeting hall of the Akim of Zhosaly settlement.
During the session, District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek reported on the work carried out during the first half of 2026 and noted positive dynamics in the main economic indicators of the district. Systematic work is being carried out in industry, agriculture, construction, investment attraction, entrepreneurship and the social sector, while projects aimed at the development of the district are being implemented in stages.
Recently, the Zhosaly and Toretam railway stations, renovated with funding of nearly 2 billion tenge, were commissioned with the participation of Kyzylorda Region Akim Murat Nalkozhauly. In addition, reconstruction work is underway at the dendrological park in Zhosaly settlement, creating a comfortable public environment for residents to spend their leisure time and enjoy recreation.
Zhandos Yerkinbek also outlined the priority areas for the upcoming period and announced the implementation of a number of large-scale projects. These include the gasification of the settlements of Iirkol and Torebai Bi, projects aimed at addressing the construction of 100 residential buildings with 200 apartments for socially vulnerable groups, as well as the commissioning of sports and social facilities needed to promote children's health and a healthy lifestyle.
During the meeting, Chairman of the District Public Council Abdirakhman Kuldüyssenov addressed the participants and wished success in all ongoing initiatives.
“The district's socio-economic development is showing growth across all key areas. Most importantly, the results of every project being implemented should be reflected in the quality of life of residents. Work on the development of settlements will continue in the future,” the District Akim said.
