On September 22, 2026, a meeting on the topic “Constitutional Reform” was held at the Department of State Revenues in Astana.
The event was attended by invited speakers: Zhamaladen Ibragimovich Ibragimov, Doctor of Law and Professor of the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, and Zhanar Erkinovna Zhakupova, Chairperson of the Nura District Branch of the Adilet Party in Astana, as well as employees of the Department.
During the meeting, the key provisions and new developments of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues related to the protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, as well as the specifics of implementing constitutional provisions within the framework of the new model of state governance were discussed.
Particular attention was paid to the development of artificial intelligence, the digitalization of public services, personal data protection, and digital security. The meeting concluded with an open dialogue, during which participants received clarifications on current issues concerning the practical application of constitutional provisions.
