The Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region informs that the State Revenue Committee has identified discrepancies in the completeness of income reporting for taxpayers applying a special tax regime based on a simplified declaration.
Discrepancies were established based on the results of desk control based on data from banking organizations on mobile transfers received from 100 or more different persons monthly for three consecutive calendar months.
The purpose of desk control is to give taxpayers the opportunity to eliminate violations on their own and resolve issues without assigning tax audits.
Upon receipt of the notification, it must be completed within 30 business days (about 45 calendar days):
- if you agree with the violations, you must submit additional tax reports and pay additional taxes;
- if you do not agree, then you must provide a written explanation with supporting documents attached (this is also recognized as the execution of the notification).
