During the meeting, civil servants were briefed on the necessity of adhering to professional ethics and maintaining high standards of conduct—including during off-duty hours.
Specifically, strict requirements were outlined regarding:
respectful treatment of citizens and colleagues;
adherence to a professional dress code;
prohibition of using state property for personal purposes;
maintenance of public order;
prohibition of driving under the influence;
appropriate behavior on social media;
abstaining from gambling.
Additionally, changes to anti-corruption legislation were explained, with a focus on preventing corruption risks, new internal analysis procedures, avoiding conflicts of interest, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
