Please be reminded that property tax for individuals for 2025 must be paid by October 1, 2026.
🏡 The tax applies to owners of real estate, including apartments, private houses, summer cottages, garages, and other property.
💰 You can check the amount of assessed tax and make a payment through banking applications, eGov, as well as the electronic services of the State Revenue Committee.
⚠️ We recommend not delaying your payment. If the established payment deadline is missed, a penalty fee will be charged on the outstanding amount.
