NOTICE OF AUCTION
1.Date, Time, and Place of the Auction
The auction shall be conducted as follows: Date: 2 October 2026 Time: 10:00
Address: Jalan Patra Kuningan Raya, Blok M7, Kav. 1, Jakarta, Indonesia.
2. Form and Method of the Auction
The auction shall be conducted through a progressive and ascending price bidding method.
3. Auction Object
The auction object is a four-wheeled motor vehicle with the following specifications:
Make: Toyota Fortuner Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): MHFZX69G0C7043744
Vehicle Registration Number: CD 95 02 Colour: Black Year of Manufacture: 2012.
4. Starting Price
The starting price of the vehicle is set at IDR 64,000,000.00 (sixty-four million Indonesian rupiah), equivalent to approximately USD 3,569.24 (three thousand five hundred sixty-nine United States dollars and twenty-four cents).
5. Amount of the Security Deposit
The security deposit shall be 15% of the starting price, amounting to USD 535.39.
The security deposit must be transferred no later than 1 October 2026, following inspection of the vehicle and prior to submission of the application to participate in the auction.
6. Period and Place for Submission of Applications
Applications to participate in the auction shall be accepted upon payment of the security deposit and no later than 1 October 2026, including on that date, during business hours, at:

7. Auction Procedure
The successful bidder shall be determined as the participant who submits the highest bid for the vehicle. The price increment at each stage of bidding shall be 5% (five percent).
The first bid increment shall be calculated based on the starting price of the auction object in United States dollars (USD), while each subsequent increment shall be calculated based on the price offered by the preceding participant (the current bid price).

9 Additional Information
a) Condition of the Vehicle The vehicle is sold as is, where is. Prior to payment of the security deposit and submission of an application to participate in the auction, participants are required to inspect the technical condition of the vehicle. By inspecting the auction object, paying the security deposit, and submitting an application to participate in the auction, the participant shall be deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and fully accepted the condition of the vehicle and all terms and conditions of the sale. The Buyer shall have no right to request any repair or improvement to the condition of the vehicle, or to request exemption from the payment of any taxes, customs duties, levies, charges, or other costs arising in connection with the transfer of ownership of the vehicle.
b) Bidding and Payment Terms
The bid submitted by a participant shall not be lower than the starting price stated above and shall be expressed in United States dollars (USD). The participant submitting the highest bid shall be declared the successful bidder and shall acquire the right to purchase the vehicle.
The successful bidder shall pay the remaining balance of the purchase price in full no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date of announcement of the auction results and signing of the agreement.
In the event that there are obligations to pay Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, other taxes, tariffs, levies, or any other payments, including costs arising in connection with the transfer of ownership and registration of a motor vehicle that previously carried a diplomatic registration number, all such obligations and costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
c) Failure to Fulfil the Terms of the Agreement
If the successful bidder fails to comply with the provisions of the agreement within the stipulated period, the successful bidder shall be deemed to have waived their right to purchase the vehicle, and all payments already made, including the security deposit, shall be non-refundable.
d) Bank Administration Fees
Bank administration fees paid by the auction participant in connection with the transfer of the security deposit shall be non-refundable.
e) Prohibition of Collusion and Unlawful Intervention
Collusion in the auction process, including bid-rigging, as well as any form of unauthorized interference or intervention in the conduct of the auction, is strictly prohibited.
Members of the Auction Committee of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan are not permitted to participate in the auction, either directly or by appointing, instructing, or requesting another person to submit a bid or participate in the auction on their behalf. Interested parties may inspect the vehicle at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Jakarta during business hours until 1 October 2026, strictly by prior appointment.
