An extraordinary session of the Kostanay City Maslikhat of the VIII convocation was held under the chairmanship of Omarqali Baigabulov, Chairman of the Kostanay City Maslikhat.
The session was attended by Natalia Turlubekova, Head of the State Institution “Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Akimat of Kostanay”, and Tatiana Mirnova, Acting Inspector-Responsible Secretary for the Protection of the Rights of Minors of the State Institution “Office of the Akim of Kostanay”.
The agenda included three issues, which had been preliminarily considered at a joint meeting of the standing committees of the City Maslikhat.
Due to personnel changes, amendments were made to the membership of the Commission on Minors’ Affairs and Protection of Their Rights under the Akimat of Kostanay.
The Regulation on the State Institution “Office of the Kostanay City Maslikhat” was also approved in a new edition. The decision was made in connection with amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”. In particular, the Law was supplemented by Article 25-1, “Competence of the Head of the Maslikhat Office”, which expands the functions of the Head of the Maslikhat Office.
In addition, the issue of adjusting the budget of the city of Kostanay was considered. The adjustment was related to savings resulting from public procurement by state institutions, as well as the optimization of expenditures.
Following consideration of the agenda items, the relevant decisions were adopted.
