Registration of an individual entrepreneur and a person engaged in private practice is carried out on the basis of a notification of commencement of activities.
An individual who is prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan from carrying out individual entrepreneurial activities shall not be registered as an individual entrepreneur.
Changes to registration information shall be made by the tax authority on the basis of a notification of commencement of activities of an individual entrepreneur or a person engaged in private practice, submitted no later than ten business days from the date of the change in the registration details, including information on the participants (members) of joint entrepreneurship.
