There are two ways to apply for admission to the first class: through the portal (electronic application) and on the basis of a personal application. You can use the State service for enrolling a child in school through the portal of education Departments as follows:
- get acquainted with all educational institutions;
- find out the number of quotas for enrollment (if the desired school is not in the place of residence);
- choose the desired school;
- fill out an electronic application form for enrolling a child in school;
- receive notification of application submission;
- receive notification of registration of the application.
To receive this service through the portal of education Departments, you must have electronic copies (photo or scan) of the following documents:
1) a copy of the child's birth certificate, if born before 2008 (the child's identity document (the original is required for identification);
2) copies of 1, 17 and 18 pages of the document on the state of health of form No. 026/u-3, approved by order of the Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2003 No. 469 "on approval of Instructions for filling in and maintaining the registration form 026/u-3 "child health Passport" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 2423);
3) photo of the child;
4) conclusion of the psychological-medical-pedagogical Commission (PMPC), if available.
To receive this service directly at school and when enrolling You must have the following original documents:
1) an application from the child's parents or other legal representatives.
2) a copy of the child's birth certificate (the original is required for identification).
3) "child health passport" (form 026/u-3 - with information about the in-depth medical examination, the presence of all vaccinations), with the signature of the doctor and the seal of the medical institution (A4 format with cover).
4) original form 063 / u (vaccination form).
5) photos of the size of 3x4 cm (2 pieces).
Acceptance of documents begins on June 1 and lasts until August 30 of the current year.
Note: the school's e-application will be available from 8: 00 a.m. on June 1, 2020. When submitting an application electronically, parents must then submit the documents to the school. Personal application to an educational institution requires the personal presence of parents at the school immediately with a package of all documents.
