In accordance with paragraph 2 of Chapter 1 of the Rules of providing housing assistance approved by the governmental decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 30, 2009 № 2314 (hereinafter – the Rules) housing assistance is provided at the expense of the local budget for low-income families (citizens) resident in the area, in payment: the cost of maintaining the common property of condominium objects, consumption of utilities and communication services, rent for use of the dwelling rented by local Executive structure in private housing stock.
On the basis of paragraph 2 of paragraph 1 of Chapter 1 of the Rules, when calculating the total income of a family, the total amount of income of a family (citizen) for the quarter preceding the quarter of applying for housing assistance is taken into account.
