To become a participant of SEZ "Saryarka", the applicant must contact the Management company SEZ "Saryarka" (hereinafter – the body), providing the relevant documents in accordance with the requirements laid down in article 10 of the Law on special economic zones of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated 21 July 2011 No. 469-IV).
The procedure for considering an application to operate as a participant in a special economic zone is carried out by the management body of the special economic zone.the application is considered in accordance with the procedure and criteria for selecting projects provided for in article 11 of the Law on special economic zones of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated July 21, 2011, No. 469-IV).
After receiving a notification from the management body of the special economic zone on the conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of activities, the authorized body within five working days enters information about the participant of the special economic zone in the unified register of participants of the special economic zone and notifies the management body of the special economic zone.
The applicant is recognized as a participant of the special economic zone from the date of making the corresponding entry in the unified register of participants of the special economic zone. (article 11 of the Law on special economic zones of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2011 No. 469-IV).
