Answer

Issuance of a license for prospecting - is provided in paper form through the office of the service provider, as well as through the GBD "E-licensing" in electronic form.

The basis for issuing permits is Chapter 34 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27 December 2017 "On subsoil and subsoil use", the order of the Minister of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan from may 17, 2018 № 339 "On approval of Rules of submission and consideration of applications for licences to prospect".

The function "Issuing a license for the extraction of common minerals" is provided in paper form, through the office of the service provider.

The basis for issuing permits is: article 204, 205 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2017 "on subsoil and subsoil use", Order of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 23, 2018 No. 366 "on approval of the Rules for submitting and considering applications for the issuance of licenses for the extraction of solid minerals".
