In accordance with paragraph 12 of the Rules for the payment of bonuses, the provision of material assistance to administrative civil servants,
as well as the establishment of increments to the official salaries of administrative civil servants of corps "B" of pilot bodies approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2017 No. 939 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), bonuses are paid in case of completion of the probationary period and occupation of a position in the civil service of at least three months on the date of commencement of the assessment of the activities of an administrative civil servant for the reporting period.
Upon dismissal
Upon dismissal or termination of labor relations with an administrative civil servant, if he has the appropriate results of an assessment of activities for the reporting period, bonuses are paid.
At the same time, paragraph 14 of the Rules establishes that upon termination of labor relations or dismissal of an administrative civil servant before the start date of the assessment for the reporting period, the bonus is not paid.
In connection with going to sick leave for pregnancy and childbirth
In accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 2 of the Rules, a bonus is a cash payment established by an administrative civil servant based on the results of an assessment of the effectiveness of their activities.
At the same time, the procedure for assessing the performance of administrative civil servants of corps "B" is determined by the Standard methodology for assessing the activities of administrative civil servants of corps "B" (hereinafter - the Standard methodology), approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs dated January 16, 2018 No. 13.
Considering the above, you have the right to claim a bonus for the actual number of days worked in the reporting period if there are results of an assessment of activities carried out in the manner determined by the Standard Methodology.
