Results of the work of the Appeals Commission
Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021.
In 2021, 35 meetings of the Appeal Commission were held, 432 complaints were considered, the arguments of taxpayers/participants of foreign economic activity were supported and the results of inspections on 118 complaints were canceled, which is 27% of the total number of complaints considered.
193 representatives of taxpayers and foreign trade participants took part in the meetings of the Appeal Commission for 2021 and brought their arguments directly to the members of the Appeal Commission.
On the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan ( www.minfin.gov.kz) in the section «Activities/Appeals Commission/The practice of considering tax and customs disputes» 667 decisions on tax and customs disputes were posted, including 168 decisions for 2021. In addition, 349 decisions on tax and customs disputes have been posted on the Internet resources of the business community "Taxes in Kazakhstan" and «Accounting KZ».
In 2021, taking into account the proposals of business, in order to protect their rights and interests, two representatives of the business community are additionally included in the composition of the Appeal Commission - the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Association of Taxpayers of Kazakhstan (APK) and the Chairman of the Council of the Kazakhstan Association of Customs Brokers (Representatives) (KATB).
