On July 12, 2026, the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 306 dated May 14, 2026, which amended the accounting and reporting procedures for state revenue authorities, comes into force.
, Major changes:
The term "information system" has been brought into line with the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and replaced by "digital system";
updated the cover pages of statistical forms and explanations for filling them out;
The shelf life of accounting and reporting books (journals) has been determined;
Editorial changes have been made in accordance with the requirements of legal technology.
The forms of books, accounting journals and reports have not undergone significant changes.
Reports for the second quarter and the first half of 2026 must be submitted in accordance with the forms valid until July 12, 2026.
Until automation is completed in the Keden digital system, reports will be received through the electronic mailboxes of the state revenue departments.
, When sending reports , it is necessary:
* attach a cover letter;
* specify the registration number and date;
* specify the contractor's contact details;
* fill in the subject of the letter and the file name correctly.
