On April 9, 2026, the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization held an event in the form of a theoretical lecture for civil servants of the Atyrau Region Department of State Treasury. The aim was to ensure security measures in the premises of state institutions.
The event was opened by the Deputy Head of the Department, T.A. Adilbekova, who spoke about the equipment of the premises. Afterwards, the floor was given to Senior Inspector of the Atyrau Region Police Department, Police Major E.A. Sungatov. The speaker delivered a report on the topic «Algorithm for Prevention and Response in Crisis Situations in the Premises of State Bodies and Adjacent Territories». Subsequently, the civil servants participating in the seminar were shown a video on this topic.
