    Attention to foreign nationals!

    Please be informed that as of 1 January 2026, the acceptance of applications for obtaining an Individual Identification Number (IIN) will be discontinued due to the completion of a pilot project implemented jointly with the authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    At the same time, the issuance of an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) will continue as usual.

    We kindly ask you to take this information into account when planning your applications.
