Dear residents of the district!
I sincerely congratulate you on the National dombra day! It is a special place in the Society of workers of culture and art, who make a great contribution to the prosperity of National Art in an independent country, educate the younger generation of patriotism, promote our history, revive our traditions, call the country to unity and solidarity. Kazakh and dombra are twins. Dombra is a sacred, sacred and treasure of the Kazakh people. It was this brown dombra that brought the voice of the steppe, the sound of the wind, the sound of horses, the sadness of the people and the sound of ancestors to the modern generation without breaking it. As the outstanding poet of our people Kadyr Mirza still sings: "a real Kazakh is not a Kazakh, a real Kazakh is a dombra". It is gratifying that every year more and more young people play dombra. I would like to thank all the artists of the district who are promoting traditional Kazakh songs. Do not let Kui-tolgau, a beautiful melody that tells about the history of our country, do not let our sacred National Instrument-Dombra fall from our ears! Congratulations to all of you on the National dombra day!
