Nauryz is not just the beginning of the year, but a symbol of renewal, harmony and prosperity. Our people have long believed that with the arrival of this spring month, the path to joy and prosperity begins. On the eve of the bright holiday, the Nauryznam decade was held in the Pushkin Regional Library, filled with warm meetings, interesting events and good traditions.
March 14 is the "Meeting Day - Amal Holiday". On this day, the library's guests received a warm welcome, sincere congratulations and friendly meetings.
March 15 is Charity Day. Library staff and volunteers went to the Nursing Home to please its residents with warm communication and give them a festive mood.
March 16 is the "Day of Culture and National Traditions". Information posts were posted on the library's social media pages, and library guests could get acquainted with the literature presented at the interactive exhibition "Armysyn, az-Nauryz!"
On March 17, the library hosted an educational and entertainment event for children and parents "Shanyrak - uy men ulttyn zhuregi". At the event, members of the Otbasymmen Okimyn club visited, shared their experience of preserving solidarity, unity, peace in their families, and traditions of celebrating Nauryz in their homes. In addition, they took part in the national games "Khantalapai", "Sakina salu", read poetry and sang songs. At the end of the event, the aksakal performed a blessing ceremony with best wishes and parting words to those present. Also on this day, an exhibition and fair of artisans was held in the library. Dombra maker Zhanarbek Gazezuly presented his tools for children and an electronic dombra, and Meruert Tokuntayeva, an entrepreneur from the village of Bozanbai, offered the guests to taste her dairy products.
Seamstresses of the women's society of the disabled "Azina", craftsmen Jauhaz Seitkhankyzy and Bakytgul Kanzharkankyzy from Ulan district also took part in the fair.
March 18 is the "National Dress Day". On this day, the library guests were able to enjoy a fashion show dedicated to Kazakh traditional outfits. On the same day, a festive concert was held in the library's Conference Hall. The Tumar creative group has prepared a special program, and young poets, inspired by the spirit of Nauryz, delighted with their works.
March 19th is the "Day of Renewal". Informative publications about the traditions of the holiday were posted on the library's social media pages.
March 20 is the "Day of National Sports". On this day, a traditional tournament on the Kazakh national game "Togyzkumalak" was held among schoolchildren.
In addition, the library's guests will enjoy special events "Solidarity Day", "The Beginning of the Year" and "Purification Day", where staff will talk about the deep meanings of Nauryz Meiramy and its significance in the life of the Kazakh people.
The festive program of the library will reflect folk traditions, respect for the past and aspiration for a bright future. May the coming year bring happiness, kindness, renewal and inspiration!
