On December 12, 2024, the East Kazakhstan regional department of culture and the East Kazakhstan linguistic Center organized an intellectual competition "til ve tauelsizdik - twin concepts" dedicated to the Independence Day. The goal is to implement the law” on language in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the concept for the development of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2029, improve the language culture of employees, moral and material encouragement, and promote the state language policy. Students of the center and employees of institutions that cooperate with the center took an active part in this competition. According to the results of the competition, the prizes were distributed as follows: The main prize - "rehabilitation center of the East Kazakhstan region" of the Department of health of the East Kazakhstan region 1st place - "Ust-Kamenogorsk Police Department"; 2nd place - "Department of the border service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the East Kazakhstan region"; 2nd place-Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption service) for East Kazakhstan region; 2nd place - "Department of the committee on legal statistics and special records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the East Kazakhstan region"; 3rd place-specialized inter-district Economic Court. The winners and prize-winners were awarded with diplomas and prizes on behalf of the Regional Department of culture.
