Within the framework of the "Roadmap for the formation of the food belt of Astana city for 2018-2021", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2018, No. 738, agricultural producers participating in the formation of the food belt of the capital have the opportunity to obtain the status of a "participant in the food belt of the capital", which will allow them to get priority on access to sales markets, including utility markets.
Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" has created a special commission to assign the status of "participant of the food belt of Astana".
Agricultural producers to obtain the status of "participant of the food belt of Astana" submit to the commissions:
1) an application for inclusion in the register of participants in the food belt of the capital in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to this roadmap;
2) copies of the concluded contracts for the supply of goods, in the absence of them - copies of the concluded contracts of intent;
3) copies of certificates of conformity for the quality of manufactured products, certificates of conformity for the implementation of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP - if any.
7. in case of submission of an incomplete package of documents, the commission does not accept the application.
