On Amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2023 No. 808 "On Approval of the Rules for Access to State Property Monitoring Information"
I ORDER:
1. To introduce the following amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2023 No. 808 "On Approval of the Rules for Access to State Property Monitoring Information":
in the Rules for Access to State Property Monitoring Information, approved by the said order:
clause 2 shall be stated in the following wording:
"2. State property monitoring information shall be provided through operational authorized access to the digital database.";
clauses 11 and 12 shall be stated in the following wording:
"11. Access of the state bodies specified in clause 3 of these Rules to the digital database of state property monitoring shall be determined within the scope established by clauses 4, 5, 6, and 7 of these Rules.
12. Activities for maintaining and ensuring access to the digital database of state property monitoring shall be carried out by the Authorized Body.".
2. The Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:
1) sending a copy of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this order on the internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the day of its first official publication.
3. This order shall enter into force on July 12, 2026, and is subject to official publication.
