“Beautiful date” chosen by future families: 134 marriage registration applications submitted in Mangystau for June 26
The unusual combination of numbers in the date has once again attracted the attention of future spouses. In the Mangystau region, 134 applications for marriage registration on June 26, 2026 have been submitted, including 105 applications from residents of Aktau.
According to the Mangystau regional branch of the Non-profit Joint Stock Company “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, dates with memorable numerical combinations traditionally attract increased interest among couples wishing to officially register their marriage.
Compared to regular days, the number of applications for this date is significantly higher. On average, 10 to 25 marriages are registered daily across the region, while previously the highest figures reached around 45–55 registrations per day.
The increased interest in June 26 shows that many couples seek to choose a special and memorable date for such an important event.
It should be noted that state registration of marriage is carried out in accordance with the established procedure. The working hours of Civil Registry Offices (RAGS): Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:30, with a lunch break from 12:30 to 14:00.
