The revenue forecast for January-September 2026 was fulfilled by 111.1%, with a plan of 6,901,275.5 thousand tenge, 7,669,181 thousand tenge were actually received, overfulfilling by 767,905.5 thousand tenge. In comparison with 2025, receipts decreased by 2,081,127.9 thousand tenge or by 21.3%, due to a change in the procedure for crediting corporate income tax, approaches to the application of deductions for individual income and social taxes, as well as a decrease in transfer receipts from the higher budget.
The forecast of the city budget's own revenues was fulfilled by 113.3%. With the plan of 5,989,001.5 thousand tenge, 6,786,892.9 thousand tenge were actually received. By 2025, receipts decreased by 18.3% or by 1,519,354 thousand tenge.
