The budget programs of the State Institution “Office of the Akim of Baynassay Rural District of Martuk District” for 2027–2029 are aimed at developing the rural area, improving the living standards of the population, maintaining sanitary conditions in settlements, street lighting, and ensuring the proper functioning of local roads.
A total of KZT 127.385 million is planned for the expenditures of the budget program administrator for 2027–2029, including:
- KZT 41.907 million for 2027;
- KZT 42.554 million for 2028;
- KZT 42.924 million for 2029.
The main part of the funding will be allocated for salaries of civil servants and technical personnel, taxes, contributions and deductions, communication services, purchase of fuel and lubricants, office supplies and necessary materials, as well as payment for services and works.
For 2027, the following funding requirements are planned under the main budget programs:
- KZT 33.416 millionfor ensuring the activities of the Akim’s Office;
- KZT 1.687 millionfor street lighting in settlements;
- KZT 2.654 millionfor sanitation of settlements;
- KZT 4.150 millionfor ensuring the functioning of local roads.
Under the street lighting program, the funds will be used to pay for electricity and to purchase LED lamps, time relays, electrical materials and spare parts.
To maintain sanitary conditions in settlements, KZT 2.654 million is planned for 2027.
An amount of KZT 4.150 million is planned to ensure the functioning and maintenance of local roads.
The budget planning is aimed at ensuring the effective implementation of state functions within the rural district, maintaining the stable operation of local infrastructure and creating favorable conditions for the population.
