Order of the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 326 dated Sept 1, 2026 (Registered with the Ministry of Justice No. 39803 dated Sept 2, 2026).
Key Restriction:
A ban is imposed on the import of apples (HS Code 0808 10) by all types of transport from third countries and EAEU member states until December 31, 2026 inclusive.
Exceptions (What is allowed):
1.Transit: Transit of apples through Kazakhstan (including movement between EAEU states) provided the final destination is NOT Kazakhstan.
2.Shipped before the order: Apples placed under the export customs procedure in the country of departure prior to the enactment of this order (subject to providing export declarations and transport documents).
3.Already inside RK: Apples physically imported into Kazakhstan prior to the order taking effect (including those in temporary storage), subject to supporting documentation.
Effective Date:The order comes into force from the day of its first official publication (Startіng from September 3, 2026).
