    On the use of guaranteed and targeted transfer, as well as bond loans from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan

    (for the 1st half of 2026)

    The information is posted on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 29 of the Rules for crediting assets to the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the use of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2025 No. 500. In addition, we inform you that the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Budget for 2026 - 2028" (hereinafter - the Law) does not provide for targeted transfers from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the republican budget of 2026.

    Article 6 of the Law provides for a guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 2.77 trillion tenge to the republican budget for 2026. As of July 1, 2026, a guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 1.86 trillion tenge was transferred to the republican budget.
