In accordance with Article 8 of the Constitutional Law «On the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Kazakhstan», a report on the activities of the Ombudsman is published annually.
The 2025 Annual Report highlights the key results of the national human rights institution’s activities, provides a comprehensive analysis of the situation regarding the observance of human rights and freedoms, and contains recommendations for further improvement of public policy and legislation in the field of human rights.
